Rest and Recovery

Recovery days allow your body to repair muscles and recover from the stress of exercise, making you stronger and fitter. While rest doesn’t mean complete inactivity, it means not pushing yourself to the point of physical strain.

Muscle-strengthening activities should also be performed at least twice a week.
