The thing that people are discussing the most is the euro Pratik IPO GMP i.e. its grey market premium.
Euro Pratik IPO GMP and Market Movement
Today, stock market observers say that the euro Pratik IPO GMP is zero. Meaning the company’s shares are neither available at premium nor at discount in the grey market. This is an important signal because investors often consider the grey market premium as an indication of how the IPO will perform after listing. But it also means that till now the market is not showing over-excitement for this IPO.
Euro Pratik IPO Price Band And Dates
Euro Pratik Sales Limited has fixed its IPO price band at ₹235 to ₹247 per equity share. The IPO bidding window will remain open from 16 September 2025 to 18 September 2025, meaning you have been given a time of three days to apply. In such IPOs, everyone from retail investors to institutional buyers often participate, and the subscription status itself indicates the confidence of the market. For now, due to zero euro pratik IPO gmp, investors are adopting a slightly cautious approach.
Euro Pratik Sales’ Business Model and Strengths
The company is in the business of decorative wall panels and laminates, which is a competitive industry. But Euro Pratik has an asset-light business model due to which the company is maintaining its margins and return ratios. According to reports, the company’s EBITDA margin is above 35% and ROE is around 30%, which are considered to be very strong numbers.
In the past few years, the company’s performance was slightly muted due to industry dynamics, but now the share of the organised market has started increasing, due to which the future outlook looks positive. This is why analysts say that Euro Pratik Sales works on a unique business model which has no direct peer in the market.
Experts’ Opinion: Apply or Wait?
SBI Capital Securities has given a ‘subscribe’ tag to this IPO. He says that at the upper price band of ₹247, the IPO’s P/E is around 32.9x, which seems reasonable. Due to strong return metrics, extensive distribution network and wide product portfolio, he recommends long-term investors to apply.
On the other hand, SEBI-registered fundamental analyst Avinash Gorakshakar says that the promoters have not left much room for investors. This IPO can be risky for short-term investors as the decorative wall panels and laminates segment is highly competitive. He suggests that only high-risk investors should apply with a long-term view.
Should you invest in Euro Pratik IPO?
If you are a long-term investor who wants to grow your money with patience, then Euro Pratik Sales IPO can be an opportunity. But if you are applying for quick listing gains, then the zero gmp of euro pratik ipo for now can be a red flag for you. There is a risk factor with every IPO, so the final decision should be taken according to your research and risk appetite.
