In the Mainboard segment, Euro Pratik Sales will be the first to launch its IPO. The company, which markets and sells decorative panels and laminates, will open its Rs 451-crore issue on September 16. The price band for the IPO has been fixed at Rs 235-247 per share. After this, VMS TMT, a TMT bars manufacturer, is coming up with its IPO. Its issue size will be Rs 149 crore and the price band has been kept at Rs 94-99 per share. The third IPO is of iValue Infosolutions, a Bengaluru-based technology services and solutions aggregator. It will open its Rs 560-crore issue on 18 September with a price band of Rs 284-299 per share. These three IPOs are creating a strong buzz for investors on the mainboard and good demand is also expected.
Upcoming IPOs in SME segment this week
If we talk about the SME segment, the first one that comes up is TechD Cybersecurity backed by Vijay Kedia. The company, which provides cybersecurity solutions, is opening its Rs 39-crore IPO on 15 September with a price band of Rs 183-193 per share. After that, on 17 September, Sampat Aluminium will launch its Rs 30.5 crore IPO, whose price band has been fixed at Rs 114-120 per share. Then on 18 September, JD Cables will launch its Rs 96-crore issue, whose price band has been decided at Rs 144-152 per share. These three IPOs create an attractive pipeline for investors in the SME segment, where small and mid-size investors can get new opportunities.
Listings and subscription update
Not just new IPOs, but market debuts will also remain big news this week. In the Mainboard segment, Urban Company, Dev Accelerator and Shringar House of Mangalsutra will make their listing debut on 17 September. The IPOs of these three companies closed last week with very strong subscription. Urban Company’s IPO was subscribed 103.63 times, Dev Accelerator 64 times and Shringar House of Mangalsutra 60 times.
Strong listings are also going to happen in the SME segment. Vashishtha Luxury Fashion will debut on 15 September, after which Krupalu Metals, Nilachal Carbo Metalicks, Karbonsteel Engineering and Taurian MPS will start their trading on 16 September. Jay Ambe Supermarkets and Galaxy Medicare will be listed on 17 September, while Airfloa Rail Technology and LT Elevator will make their market debut on 18 and 19 September.
